situated just a few steps from the medieval town of citta della pieve, il nuvoloso is soon to become one of the main cultural complex in the region. dominik barabási, founder of the project has been dreaming of living in italy since he was a child. his main idea was to create a project, that will attract like-minded people from all over the world by providing all sorts of entertainment. music, film, food, beverage, art, all of them in one place.

the estate under vocabolo superoia (06062 citta della pieve) was purchased in october 2022, and has been continuously under work ever since. the 400 m² house provides a home for dominik, the busy volunteers, and also hosts visitors thanks to the two apartments. however, there are 3 additional buildings nbesides, that will serve as the location for the cultural space (when renovated). there will be the art studio, a stage, and a bar.

 

apart from the houses, we also have a five-hectares of area, where all kinds of fruits grow. The territory also gives space to 400 olive trees, a forest, a veggie-garden and of course the 5 lovely chickens. this will be the area where a music festival will be held next year. of course, permanent programs will also be available: film screenings, exhibitions, workshops. while the bar does not open, you can get a drink with us with individual support.

although the outbuildings and the parts of the garden are not yet completely ready, il nuvoloso will open its doors definitively on may 13, waiting for all those who are interested in the project and want to be a part of it. on the opening day, we will prepare a Hungarian goulash on the fire and offer a selection of white and red wine to the guests. We look forward to seeing you all.
